Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions relate to our balloon installation service.
Payment
The hirer will pay the owner a 50% non-refundable deposit within 24 hours after receiving an email with the Terms and Conditions and invoice attached, to ensure that the event date is secured. This amount will be deducted from the total amount payable.

The remainder will be due one week prior to your event.

By paying the deposit, you are confirming you are satisfied with the contents within the Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation
With any cancellation, the hirer will lose the deposit they have made to the owner, as it is non-refundable.
If the hirer decides to cancel before 9am one week prior to their event, the remainder will not need to be paid to the owner.

If the hirer decides to cancel after 9am one week prior to their event, the remainder will need to be paid - therefore, the full amount is required.

If the owner decides to cancel during any part of the booking process, the full amount, including the deposit will be refunded to the hirer.
Extra charges
Extra charges will be incurred for the following:-

Amending the colour scheme/theme after paying the deposit

Wanting to keep materials longer than the agreed time

Damaged or lost materials

Failing to store materials inside if kept overnight.
Cautions
We are not responsible for the way balloons behave in adverse temperatures. For example, in warmer temperatures, balloons can pop due to them expanding.

Regarding outdoor balloon installations, please make sure that you are able to allocate another display area if the weather prevents the display from being installed outdoors. Unsuitable weather conditions will not allow you to reschedule.
