Balloon installation service

How much do you charge?

This is probably the most frequently asked question. We do not have flat rates for our designs as they are all different. Also, as part of our pricing, we do apply a delivery and installation fee, which varies for every client depending on how far your event is from where we are based.

Where are you based?

We are based in London.

How far do you travel from where you are based?

We travel to all London areas.

Do you do collection?

We provide our balloon displays via delivery only.

How can I book your balloon installation service?

By clicking the “balloons" page of our website, it will take you to our Enquiry Form for you to complete. We try to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours.

Do you install balloons for every occasion?

Absolutely! Balloonology and Floristry Lab has no restrictions, we do it all.

Why do you require a 50% deposit?

A deposit is required to secure your booking date, and to purchase the materials for your event.

How long in advance do I need to book with you?

As early as possible. This is important because not only do we need sufficient time to purchase your materials, but also, in order to bring your vision to life, creativity is required, which is not an overnight task.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver our flower arrangements to all of the United Kingdom.

Are your flower arrangements handmade?

Yes, all of our flower arrangements are handcrafted with passion and love.

Our floristry skills have been taken to the next level through earning a Floristry Diploma.

Do you use fresh or artificial flowers?

We use high quality and realistic artificial flowers to make our arrangements.

Why do you use artificial flowers and not fresh flowers to make your flower arrangements?

With artificial flowers, we can assure you that your arrangement will last for a very long time.
